The Perfectly Chilled Fridge

During our stay at this lovely holiday home in Boulogne-sur-Mer, we had a delightful experience with the fridge. It kept our beverages and snacks perfectly chilled, just like a polar bear takes a refreshing dip in the Arctic Ocean. We could rely on it to keep our drinks cool after a long day of exploring the nearby Cap Gris Nez, which was a mere 26 km away. It was a blessing to have such a reliable appliance to keep us refreshed throughout our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was a small inconvenience with the fridge. It struggled to maintain the desired temperature, which slightly affected our perishable items.

in the old city center was fantastic. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the cobbled streets and close to restaurants. the house was clean and well, maintained, with comfortable bedrooms and a well, equipped kitchen. We were greeted by a friendly lady upon arrival and she was punctual for check, out. The value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for our stay. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😊.

The location of this place is mind-blowing! It is smack in the middle of the charming old town, with beautiful cobbled streets and restaurants at your doorstep. The house itself is spread over three floors, with comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with towels. The value for money is jaw-dropping, with free parking close by. a fantastic stay in a picture-perfect location!

We really got great value for our money at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the house was impeccably clean. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect for exploring, with bakeries, restaurants, and Nausicaa nearby. The staff, especially the lovely Madame who greeted us, were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

During my recent transit in Boulogne-sur-Mer, I had the pleasure of staying at Ideal Vieille Ville de Boulogne La Boulonnaise. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate the convenience of being close to the nearest airport, located just 40 km away. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to transportation, making my journey seamless and hassle-free. the charming atmosphere of the old town added a touch of authenticity to my stay, creating a memorable experience.

While my overall stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The steep and narrow stairs in the house posed a challenge for one member of our party who had some medical issues.

the stairs in the house were steep, narrow, and winding, making them difficult to navigate, especially for those with medical issues. there was a strong unpleasant odor in the bathrooms and ground floor toilet.
